At Flooring Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new foundation. If your flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return unopened and undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all flooring planks are secured in their original, unopened packaging and stacked safely on the original pallet if applicable to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the materials from your location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
